I have extensive education beyond a Masters Degree from accredited Universities in the United States. I have worked all around the world in educational positions from Technical training and consulting to holding a Principals position over an American Curriculum Elementary/High School. I have 23 years experience in developing curriculum programs and followed through by recruiting, hiring, training and supervision numerous trainers and teachers in order to improve the organizational outcome.

Personally I have taught classes from Elementary School to Masters programs in Universities.
I have managed the accounting and management aspects as a top administrator, served as Human Resources Director and facilities manager throughout my career.
If selected I will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining training policy, methods and procedures, preparing long-term and short term training plans and schedules based on identified training needs, Identifying and developing an in-house Trainer resource, organizing and developing training manuals and catalogues, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials, collaborating with management and supervisors in determining staff development or training needs.
