I have extensive education beyond a Masters Degree from accredited Universities in the United States. I have worked all around the world in educational positions from Technical training and consulting to holding a Principals position over an American Curriculum Elementary/High School. I have 23 years experience in developing curriculum programs and followed through by recruiting, hiring, training and supervision numerous trainers and teachers in order to improve the organizational outcome.

Personally I have taught classes from Elementary School to Masters programs in Universities.
I have managed the accounting and management aspects as a top administrator, served as Human Resources Director and facilities manager throughout my career.
If selected I will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining training policy, methods and procedures, preparing long-term and short term training plans and schedules based on identified training needs, Identifying and developing an in-house Trainer resource, organizing and developing training manuals and catalogues, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials, collaborating with management and supervisors in determining staff development or training needs. If desired I will identify competencies needed for senior management staff and preparation of a comprehensive training development plan to better the overall organization. . I will also develop, administer, evaluate and maintain a comprehensive system and procedures of follow-up or assessment activities for ensuring the effectiveness of specific training courses provider.

Duties: Supervisor Armor Division. Operated and maintained a 3000 metric ton press. Supervised seven crew members. Performed record keeping and quality control of production. $53,000.00 Plus per years. Relocated to Philippines to get wife through Immigration.

Employer: Palm Valley Apartments, San Jose CA
Dates: 8/05 to 6/06

Duties: Maintained 400 plus apartments, Supervised four Maintenance, two Porters, and three Housekeeping staff. Subcontracted carpet, painting, landscaping and some construction from external sources. Maintained budget, Purchased all required items for the operation of the facilities. Inspected turns, fire and safety points, elevators, and assisted with outside vendor and
