- Capital Area Pronunciation Specialists
- Capital Area Pronunciation Specialists (CAPS) is a group of professional educators interested in the teaching of pronunciation and oral skills in an ESL/EFL context. The group sponsors workshops and meets four times a year at school sites in the Sacramento area to discuss and demonstrate materials and methods for teaching pronunciation and oral skills.
