100s are |
Hundreds are |
100 means one-hundred, so it can't be pluralized, unless you mean
the reoccurrence of the number 100. Spell out the word instead: "Hundreds
of people went to the play," not "100s of people went to the play." Note
that it is best to not use an apostrophe when pluralizing any number, such as in
"The telephone number had four 3's." "3s" is better because the apostrophe
is already used to indicated possession.
